Returns Policy

    1. THIS RETURNS POLICY IS ISSUED BY LAB4 LTD THE NEW ZEALAND POPSOCKETS  DISTRIBUTOR  ("LAB4", "POPSOCKETS", "WE", "US" AND "OUR"). AT POPSOCKETS, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE A TIME WERE YOU NEED TO RETURN A PURCHASE FROM US AND WE WANT TO MAKE THE RETURNS PROCESS AS SIMPLE AND EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU. 

      1. If you contact us to exercise one of your rights under this Returns Policy, we will ask you to provide satisfactory proof that you made the purchase from PopSockets. We will accept the following proof of purchase documents:

        1. the online order reference number;

        2. the order confirmation email or receipt received from us;

        3. Financial statements such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemise the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).

    2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

      1. An online order cannot be cancelled, and/or products cannot be returned or refunded, due to a change of mind. Please contact our Customer Service Team on sales@lab4.co.nz for further information.

    3. FAULTY ITEMS

      1. We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you if the product you receive is compromised in anyway. Please email us at sales@lab4.co.nz and one of our Customer Team will be happy to offer assistance where applicable.

    4. POPSOCKETS WARRANTY

      1. This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of the sales receipt from the original PopSockets authorized sales retailer is required for warranty service, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This limited warranty does not cover Products purchased through online auction websites. PopSockets Products are legitimately sold only by authorized retailers who are required to follow PopSockets’ policies, procedures, and quality control standards. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS THE ORIGINAL END PURCHASER MAY HAVE AT LAW. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from Jurisdiction to Jurisdiction.

        WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

        PopSockets LLC , warrants that this product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the lifetime of the product which PopSockets designates to be three years.

        WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

        Normal wear and tear of Product use; damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by use of the Product other than for its intended purpose; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; damage to a Product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any product other than the Product, including without limitation damage to any device used in connection with the Product.

    5. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

      1. In addition to your rights under the PopSockets Warranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

      2. Nothing in this document limits or is intended to limit your rights or remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

      3. If you are returning products in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law:

 1. The products do not need to be in their original packaging to be returned, however you must ensure that the products are adequately protected for transit; and

2. You will be required to pay any delivery costs when you return items to us, however we will refund your reasonable delivery costs to you if you are entitled to a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Law (subject to you providing proof of these costs).
